Currently tearing his way through drum & bass, #Upgrade isn’t unfamiliar to #RAM. Prior appearances in 2015 and 2016 offered a more musical side to Upgrade’s production, veering from his now high-octane, signature jump up style.
His debut single ‘#WontHoldBack’ is a merging of both those worlds. Vocals - provided by the man himself - are layered over jazzy piano chords before they distort into a driving high-end melody and energetic drums.
‘#WontHoldBack’ is something a little unexpected from Upgrade, and makes a fresh addition to the label’s ever growing catalogue.
